3. Reservation Policy

All reservations must be made in advance. We require full details of the journey, including pick-up and drop-off locations, and any specific requirements.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations may incur charges. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change based on service demand and vehicle availability. Payment is required at the time of booking, and we accept major credit cards.

6. Liability

San Diego VIP Transport is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or other events beyond our control. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all passengers while in our vehicles.

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior. The chauffeur has the right to refuse service to any passenger for inappropriate conduct.

We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle but will make reasonable efforts to return found items to the owner.
